Why and when did you get into fitness/nutrition?
From being a multi-sport athlete throughout high school incorporating strength and conditioning, to being a distance runner turned yogi and triathlete, fitness has always been part of who I am. My fitness has fueled many adventures such as multi-state mountain biking and triathlon competitions. Nutrition came out of necessity as I needed to manage weight and optimize nutrition.
What is your coaching philosophy?
My goal in coaching is to help every individual be the best version of themselves. I have coached youth sports, conditioning, and yoga as well as led adult athletes in refining their training to increase effectiveness and decrease injuries. Whether your aim is to compete, feel better mentally and physically, or to not let your fitness impede your life and adventure goals, I am rooting for you!
